I know what it's like to follow all the advice online, with no progress to show for it. I've been there. After years of trying influencer workouts online and seeing no results, I decided to do my own research into the science and evidence behind muscle growth and fat loss - and what I found made it clear why I had never seen the results I was looking for before.

How does the online coaching programme work?

After signing up, we’ll have an initial consultation call, where we’ll discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any preferences or limitations. From there, I’ll create a personalised workout plan and nutrition guidance tailored to you. You’ll receive weekly check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan as needed.

Do I need any special equipment?

If your goal is to build muscle, access to a gym is required. This is because muscle growth requires you to progressively increase the weight you lift - unfortunately, beyond the very beginner stage, this is extremely difficult to do with bodyweight exercises or small sets of dumbbells at home. However, all gyms have different equipment, so I’ll always tailor your plan to what you have available in your gym.

How much time do I need to commit each week?

The amount of time you need will depend on your goals and the program we create for you. On average, my clients commit 3-5 hours per week to their fitness routines. We’ll work together to ensure your schedule is realistic and sustainable for you.

What happens if I miss a workout or fall behind?

Life happens! If you miss a workout or fall off track, just reach out to me, and we’ll adjust your plan. The goal is to build consistency over time, not perfection. I’ll help you stay on track, offer motivation, and help you get back into the routine.
